This workshop aims to open doors, these secret doors where we hide our fears and our suffering. We will therefore take our models on a journey inside themselves, first with uncomfortable and hard positions within the limits of their possibilities, each one having to be respected in its possibilities, so, after opening these doors, the models will be able to work with comfortable suspension and some holistic processing concepts.

The workshop will be divided into different parts, where we will first do some theoretical explanations and some tests without a rope, then we will try with suspension for those who can and semi-suspension for others. Good use of the rope and knowing how to place tension points are necessary to participate, as well as a set of 8 ropes.

If necessary, we will also review some of the useful harnesses for each attachment.

Prerequisites:

Intermediate and advanced level, know some harnesses and know how to install tension lines.

Schedules :

Please arrive early to be ready and warmed up for the start time.

Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Rate :

120€/pair with the evening Share included: €60 when booking and €60 to be given on site.
